We highly value our reputation and are committed to providing the best possible experience to all of our customers. We are currently seeking charismatic candidates to join our team as a Project Manager in the Manhattan area to manage the execution of our painting projects through completion.
Our Project Managers are excellent communicators and share our dedication to make sure our jobs run smoothly and satisfy our clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet and communicate with clients to understand full scope of projects
- Prepare and present thorough estimates, plans, and schedules to meet and exceed client demands
- Communicate directly with customers and paint crews to align project requirements
- Manage quality control throughout project timeline to insure job completion and customer satisfaction
- Enter data into CRM to maintain detailed records for all projects and customers
- Maintain honest and positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Continually promote the quality, value, and reputation of Precision Painting Plus
- Function as a team player, willing to do whatever is needed
- Manage routine and unscheduled tasks in an efficient, organized manner
Requirements
- 3+ years successful experience in Home Improvement, Construction, or Service-based industry
- 3+ years of client-facing experience
- Ability to deliver high-level customer service
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Tech savvy (smart phones, computers, tablets, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage tasks and approach with Honesty and Integrity
- Willingness to be a team player
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays and evenings as required
- Car and valid license required
